These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DERDY mobile application (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use DERDY for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or exploit the app for unauthorized purposes.
2. Subscriptions
DERDY may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features. Details regarding duration, price, and included features are displayed within the app and in the respective app store listing.
Payment and Renewal:
- iOS (Apple App Store): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- Android (Google Play Store): Payment will be processed through your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play Subscriptions settings.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in DERDY, including graphics, gameplay mechanics, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss or device issues.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as DERDY evolves. The latest version will always be available at:
